Private Yoga & Ayurveda Wellness Sessions
These private individual or couple’s sessions develop and reinforce a holistic approach to wellness through the development of tools and practices that allow for congruent living.
We work together to identify perceived symptoms of imbalance, investigate the roots of their manifestation, and clarify goals as they relate to your personal philosophy and intentions.
Sessions vary based on individual needs and interests, but may entail:
--- Advancing a practical understanding of relevant aspects of classical Yoga, traditional Ayurveda, and other spiritual philosophies as they specifically relate to the experience of ourselves, others, and the world around us.
--- Identifying and addressing physical tensions and energetic blockages through a functional application of asana (yoga postures), integrative exercises, alignment considerations, and physio-therapeutic work (e.g. foam rollers, self-massage) to allow for a more easeful physical efficiency.
----Firsthand experience with the dynamism of introspective practices such as pranayama (breathing exercises), visualization, internal listening, being present, contemplation of impermanence, and meditation.

I am a traditional Ashtanga teacher who seeks to inform my practice and teachings with the graceful integration of anatomy, alignment, dance, energy work, and Ayurveda, while approaching both with heart, intutiton, artistic inspiration, and a healing intention.
I work one or one or in a private group setting and design classes to meet your personal needs and to help you achieve your goals.
I am also available for group Yoga & Ayurveda classes or workshops.
