My instruction is informed by over two decades of dedicated physical exploration, study, and teaching experience. I'm interested in yoga and other movement modalities as methods for finding anatomical and energetic alignment, questioning limiting beliefs about oneself and the world beyond, balancing effort and ease (strength and flexibility), and rediscovering play as medicine. ​I approach each session with intentional, pedagogical structure and students with heart, intuition, artistic inspiration, and a healing intention.
