Service Description

I am a traditional Ashtanga teacher who seeks to inform my practice and teachings with the graceful integration of anatomy, alignment, dance, energy work, and Ayurveda, while approaching both with heart, intutiton, artistic inspiration, and a healing intention. I work one or one or in a private group setting and design classes to meet your personal needs and to help you achieve your goals. I am also available for group Yoga & Ayurveda classes or workshops.
